1. Scope of Services

My services include social media design, advertising creatives, digital design, print materials, banners, flyers, and custom Canva templates. Each project is guided by a clear brief that defines deliverables. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require a revision of terms or additional cost.

2. Payment Terms

A 40 percent deposit is required before any project begins. For larger projects, payments may be split into phases. Full payment must be completed before final files are delivered. No final files will be released until payment is fully cleared.

3. Project Timeline

Timelines are based on project scope and current workload. Delays in feedback, content delivery, or payment may extend the project timeline.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a limited number of revisions, typically two to three rounds. Minor adjustments are welcome, but major changes or excessive revision requests outside the package may attract additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete content including text, images, logos, and brand materials. I am not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete client-provided information.

6. Ownership & Copyright

Once full payment is received, the client gains full rights to the final approved design. However, all unused concepts, drafts, and rejected materials remain my intellectual property and may not be used or modified without permission.

7. Portfolio Usage

I reserve the right to display completed work in my portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is agreed upon before the project begins.

8. Communication & Working Hours

Communication is handled via email or WhatsApp. Response time is typically within 24 to 48 business hours. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (WAT). Urgent requests outside these hours may attract an additional fee.

9. File Delivery

Final files are delivered in formats such as PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, or Canva links where applicable. Editable source files are included only when stated in the package or agreed in advance.

10. Refund Policy

If I cancel a project before any design work begins, the deposit will be refunded in full. If work has already started or concepts have been delivered, refunds will depend on the stage of completion.

If a client cancels a project at any stage, payments already made are non-refundable.

11. Confidentiality

All project details, files, and communications are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without permission.

12. Liability

I am not responsible for any losses or issues arising from the use of final approved designs. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all work before publishing or printing.

13. Design Credit

Unless otherwise agreed, I may include a small design credit on work I produce, especially for digital use. This can be removed upon request.

14. Agreement

By starting a project and making payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms may be updated when necessary, and it is the client’s responsibility to review them before new projects.
